Alecsandra Raluca Dragoi
I am a story teller who writes with light and photography gives me the ink for expressing my perspective towards this world. I am an independent photographer and photography teacher based in London. Currently I freelance for the Guardian, National Geographic Traveller UK, BAFTA and teach at the British Academy of Photography. Parallel to my freelancing work I focus on different self-funded projects exploring society's challenges. There is nothing more beautiful in this world than showing people’s emotions by telling their story through a single photograph. In my eyes, the best photographer is the one who transforms an intense moment into a still image. There is no sound, no movement, no smell, no nothing. Just stillness.
