James fletcher
After buying a film camera, many magazines and books helping him to learn a skill as an amateur, James started to realize he had a talent and passion for photography. His break came when he won a competition to spend time at London fashion week, which led to shadowing professionals at weekends and in his spare time. He began freelancing for local newspapers which resulted in a staff position with a daily regional newspaper. He spent 10 years with the newspaper until he set up his own company where he continues to work. As well as working full time commercially he also explores other avenues working as an artist with several solo exhibitions and commissions. With over two decades of experience as a professional photographer there are few subject genres that James hasn’t photographed. James considers himself to be constantly learning from other photographers and is in awe of the work he sees around him.
